hi ,could any one tell me ,what wil it be sounds better while i use different headphone attach with different mp3?

Yes, very much so.

I would recommend you go to a store that sells lots of different types of headphones, earphones and mp3 players, and try a few different combinations out, to get a feel for the range of differences between models of each.
